There are no returns or refunds for “change of mind”

All items are double checked for faults before despatch.

Your product leaves here in new condition (except for those stated “WITH FAULTS”)

I will do my best to make sure your product arrives the same way

If a parcel is returned to me for a wrong address or it hasn’t been claimed, there will be a $10 (returned to me) postage charge.

This will need to be paid along with the new postage fee before I re-send your item.

The pet tags will arrive in an Australia Post recommended envelope – no tracking
