Policies, Privacy, Postage & Returns

There are no returns or refunds for “change of mind”

  • All items are double checked for faults before despatch.

  • Your product leaves here in new condition (except for those stated “WITH FAULTS”)

  • I will do my best to make sure your product arrives the same way

  • If a parcel is returned to me for a wrong address or it hasn’t been claimed, there will be a $10 (returned to me) postage charge.

  • This will need to be paid along with the new postage fee before I re-send your item.

Postage rate is for Australia only

  • The book (if purchased by itself) will arrive in an Australia Post recommended padded bag – no tracking unless paid for

  • The pet tags will arrive in an Australia Post recommended envelope – no tracking

  • The plush toys will arrive in an Australia Post recommended satchel/bag – with tracking

  • Please contact me BEFORE purchase if you would prefer a gift box

  • Tracking number will be emailed or sms to you.

  • Due to COVID -19 deliveries may take longer than usual so please be patient

  • I am happy to deliver or offer pickup to local areas 2428 & 2429 only

  • Please contact me for international rates BEFORE purchase
